Fake teams

With more and more fake teams in HLTV bookings we have chosen to start banning people again.

First ban: 1 day
Second ban: 1 week
Third ban: 1 month
fourth ban: Perm

this is good, downloaded a demo from a team called 'nvidia' but saw some bad sh*t over there ;) hope this will keep people away from doing this
